Theresa Meiying Liu is a Chinese-American, born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She received her BFA in 2013 at Otis College of Art and Design. In 2018, her artwork was acquired by LACMA for its growing graphic design collection. In 2019, she received her MFA in Graphic Design at ArtCenter College of Design.  

Liu’s primary points of interests are sociopolitical theory, anthropology, cultural identity, and urban studies.
